Executive Group Travel will be providing a personalized itinerary for you and your guest for your trip through the Trip Plans app one month prior to the event!
Travel day to Cancun. A reminder you will be flying into the Cancún International Airport located about 30-35 minutes from the resort.
*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
A hold will be placed on your card at check in, the hold will be released at check out. We recommend putting a credit card rather than a debit card on file.
Upon arrival in Cancún, please completely exit the airport and you will find a BioRender sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is AMSTAR.
6:00 - 7:00pm: Welcome Cocktail Hour- Please join us in the Studio Courtyard for appetizers and drinks to kick off the week!
7:30 PM - BioRender Small Group Dinners. Immediately following the welcome cocktail hour, you and your guest will enjoy dinner around the property. Your assigned restaurant and table will be added to your personalized itinerary prior to the trip.
For those looking for a nightcap, the Alisio Beach Club is open daily until 11:00 PM.
Start your day with the breakfast buffet offered daily at the Na Restaurant, available from 7:00-11:00am. A reminder that this breakfast buffet is INCLUDED in your stay!
8:00 AM - BioRender Business Meeting. This morning's meeting is required for all employees and will be hosted in the Studio 4 & 5 meeting rooms. We recommend eating breakfast prior to the meeting as we will have water, coffee, and tea available during the meeting. Guest's are on their own during this scheduled meeting time.
Activity Day
Today you and your guest will have an option of participating in a BioRender sponsored Cenote Tour. This unforgettable experience provides you the opportunity to explore one of Cancun's only underground Cenotes! Please note that this tour requires walking on uneven ground and will be underground, so if you have trouble walking or fear of smaller spaces, we recommend opting out of the activity. More details on today's activity will be provided on your personalized Trip Plans itinerary one month prior to the event.
If you choose to opt out of this activity, an additional $150 in resort credit will be added to your reservation. This credit can be used for anything you are able to charge back to your room throughout the Mayakoba property.
7:00pm-9:00pm - BioRender President's Club Celebration Dinner. Please join us tonight at the Lagoon Pool at the resort to celebrate all of your success. Dinner and drinks will be served.

Today is all yours to kick back and relax at the resort. Alila Mayakoba has two main outdoor pools available. The Beach Club Pool (Alisio) is a Oceanfront infinity-style pool adjacent to the beach, ideal if you are looking for a lively, upscale beach atmosphere. The Lagoon Pool is a much quieter and more secluded than the beach pool, located deeper within the mangroves, away from the beach.
For those looking for the ultimate level of relaxation, the Spa Alili is the perfect spot to spend some time today! All guest's with the BioRender group have a 20% discount on spa services during their stay!
Mayakoba is also the home to the most prestigious golf course in Mexico. During your stay at Alila, you also have the unique ability to visit one of the neighboring resorts to dine as well. You will be able to make a reservation and charge the dinner back to your room at Alila. This includes dining at the Rosewood Mayakoba, Fairmont Mayakoba, or the Banyan Tree Resort.
